Shipping & Delivery

Magnart delivers anywhere in Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Perth and Canberra. We ship your order out with Startrack Express or Australia Post. If you prefer to use your own courier, please advise our staff when you place your order by phone or email. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of the receipt of your order or payment. If the item you order is out of stock our office will contact you to discuss supplying alternative sizes or back ordering. If you prefer, we will refund your payment. Magnart offers international freight with multiple destinations available such as the United States, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand. If your country is not in our list please contact us. Our customers from around the globe will be able to purchase and receive our products with ease and efficiency.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a standard one month warranty. If you believe that an item purchased from us is faulty and all reasonable attempts have been made to troubleshoot the problem, please notify us immediately for assistance. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Before you return a product, please make sure that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Should your purchase be damaged in transit we will replace it free of charge.

Ordering

We aim to make the process of purchasing magnart products as easy and efficient as possible. By far the easiest way to buy from us is from our online magnart shop. We also offer phone or fax orders. Please phone our office on 1300 881306 or Fax 61 (02) 9700 0222 to place your order. Your order will be packed to ensure that it arrives to you in exactly the same condition that it left our premises. If you call ahead with your order in Sydney, you can pick up from our warehouse. Pick up available 10:30 a.m. to 3p.m. Monday to Friday only.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our online store accepts payment using Visa or Master Card via the secure Eway payment gateway. We also offer PayPal payment facility. If you prefer to pay by EFT you will need to phone or email our office for bank account details. All prices on our website are GST Inclusive. You will receive a Tax Invoice with your order as it is shipped. All items for sale on our website are in Australian Dollars. We also offer auto currency option if you are located in another country.  Items ordered in bulk quantities may be eligible for a discount, please contact us as we're happy to quote for quantity and/or trade discounts.
